To download Arcanity, follow these easy steps:

1. Understand that Arcanity is a work in progress. Everything you see and do in the game can, and probably will, change. Drastically.
2. Don't talk about fight club.
3. Agree to the EULA:
   1. You undersand that Arcanity is provided as-is and there is no express or implied warranty of any kind provided with the software you download from us.
   2. You agree that BHT and the Arcanity devlopers are not liable for any damages or costs resulting from your use of, your possession of, or the malfunction of our software.
   3. You understand that there may be many other players creating text and other content in the game world and that BHT has no control over that text and content.
   4. You agree that all virtual property and characteres are the property of BHT. You waive all rights to any item, character, or any other part of the software or game world.
   5. You agree not to modify, distribute, emulate, hack, or otherwise cause undue stress to our servers or other clients.
   6. Under the terms of this agreement, we grant you a revokable, non-exclusive, non-tranferable license to use the Arcanity client software.
   7. We may terminate this agreement at any time and revoke your license to use our software.
   8. There are no implied terms to this agreement, only the terms specifically listed here or in an addendum written by BHT.
